About the Role:
Were looking for a reliable and hard-working Laborer to join our team! If youre physically fit, safety-conscious, and ready to support a busy construction and trucking operation, wed love to hear from you. This role includes general site work, assisting drivers and operators, and helping keep things running smoothly day-to-day.
Job Requirements:
Must be physically able to lift, carry, and move heavy materials
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Familiarity with basic construction tools and materials
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Ability to follow safety protocols and take direction
Must be willing to join a Drug & Alcohol Consortium (testing required)
Team player attitude with a strong work ethic
Bonus Qualifications (Not Required but a Plus):
Forklift certification
Experience with traffic control or flagging
Basic mechanical knowledge
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
