What Youll Do:
- Be the right hand to our subcontractor teams helping with light framing, demolition, material movement, and more.
- Keep the site running smoothly: prep, protect, and clean work areas with pride and precision.
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized jobsite every single day.
- Open and secure properties at start and end of each workday.
- Work closely with our project team to stay one step ahead of the next task.

Who You Are:
- A motivated professional with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling or renovations.
- Comfortable navigating older homes and the quirks that come with them.
- A natural problem-solver with great instincts and a strong work ethic.
- Organized, dependable, and proactive.
- Punctual, honest, and humble a team player who lifts others up and holds the line when needed.
- Familiar with hand and power tools (basic level is fine attitude matters more).

What Youll Need:
- Your own truck and tools.
- A smartphone for daily coordination.
- The ability to work 8-hour days, 5 days a week no exceptions.
