The ideal candidate will be able to manage all daily aspects needed on site to keep the project running on time and on budget and help solve problems as they arise. Candidates should have a \u003cstrong\u003eminimum of five years\u003c/strong\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eexperience\u003c/strong\u003e in the field as a Plumbing superintendent and be familiar with Plumbing/building codes and regulations. Experience with procore or similar project management software, Raken, total station, undergrounds, sleeve layout, Top out, managing subcontracted plumbing labor is a must.
