Our Beavercreek facility manufactures gas turbine tubes, ducts, and manifolds, and also has complex machining, fabrication and investment casting capabilities. Product engineering, new product development and testing is performed on site. This facility also does repair and overhaul of tubes, ducts, and manifolds. We have been awarded OSHAS's highest safety rating. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cb\u003eRole Over:\u003c/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cul\u003e\u003cli\u003e Welds together metal components as specified by layout, blueprints, diagrams, or manufacturing operations sheet (MOS), using Tig welding equipment. \u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003e Connects cables from welding unit to obtain amperage, voltage, slope, and pulse as specified. Starts power supply to produce electric current. \u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003e Manually guides torch along weld line, maintaining length of arc and speed of movement to form specified depth of fusion and bead, as judged from color of metal, sound of weld, and size of molten puddle. \u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003e Welds in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions. \u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003e Examines weld for bead size and other specifications. \u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003e Manually applies filler rod to supply weld metal. Cleans weld joint or workpiece.
