What You'll Do
Diagnose, sell, and complete residential and light commercial electrical service jobs
Identify additional opportunities to serve customers and generate revenue
Deliver quality work that you can stand behind
Communicate professionally with homeowners and teammates
What We're Looking For
Licensed electrician or highly experienced technician
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A strong sense of personal accountability and pride in your work
A self-starter who's comfortable with flexible pay based on performance
Someone who thrives when the better they do, the more they earn
Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record

iPad and Software Applications - We provide state-of-the-art digital tools for a smooth process for customer visits.
Training Program - As part of the Mr. Electric franchise, we offer in-depth training to advance your skills.
We take care of setting all the appointments so you can focus on doing what you do best - repairing and upgrading our customers' homes and businesses.
Compensation Structure Example
Base Pay: Competitive hourly wage to ensure a steady income
Commission: Percentage of all revenue you generate above a weekly threshold (we'll go over exact numbers in the interview)
Bonus Opportunities: For efficiency, customer satisfaction, and upselling value-added services; plus an extra bonus when you achieve the revenue threshold.
