6 Temp Full-time landscape laborer M-F 7am-2pm 5hrs on Sat 1 hr unpaid lunch break Installing landscape materials and doing maintenance on commercial and highway contracts. Prep work site, dig trenches for installation, laying sod, for commercial and residential property. Workers will use shovels that are 6 inches wide and 3 inches wide to dig trenches 6-12 inches deep. The trenches are dug for the installation of laying sod. Pick up and remove debris and trash on work site. Clean tools, equipment, materials and work areas. Lifting up to 75Ibs fairly frequently. Tools supplies and equip, provided at no costs. Performance bonus may be paid. If 50% employment period is completed worker will be reimbursed for transportation & subsistence from place of recruitment to the place of work subsistence provided at a min of $16.28 or max of $68/per day with receipts Same paid when work ends/employer terminates early Amount of transportation will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Employer plans to remit same by check or otherwise as satisfactory to worker. All deductions from pay made as required by law, advanced wages, if any. Employer will reimburse all incoming costs including all visa related fees for the H2B worker, & those mandated by the government the first workweek.
