General Laborer - Day Shift**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated general laborer to join our team in a warehouse/production environment. The role involves handling materials and supporting the production of concrete bricks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lift and load 40-60 pound bags of concrete into the mixing machine.
+ Assist with unloading shipments and keeping the area clean.
+ Collaborate with the production team as needed.
+ Perform routine maintenance tasks such as recharging batteries, lubricating, fueling, and cleaning.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
+ Comfortable lifting 40-60 pounds daily.
+ Ability to work overtime when required.
+ Own method of transportation due to lack of public transportation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in a production or manufacturing setting is advantageous.

Work in a loud, dusty, non-temperature-controlled warehouse. This heavy industrial setting requires flexibility to work up to 60 hours per week, including 10-hour days and some Saturdays. Stay cool and hydrated with provided refreshments during warmer days.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
