Construction Worker (Demolition)**
**Job Description**
Technicians will be trained on the job and must have previous experience performing manual or general labor on a new construction site. Candidates should be comfortable working on ladders and removing water-damaged materials such as floorboards or walls. This role involves customer interaction and requires a positive attitude and strong work ethic. We are open to training individuals from the warehouse industry who can handle the work environment and demonstrate drive.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform manual or general labor tasks on new construction sites.
+ Work on ladders and remove water-damaged materials including floorboards and walls.
+ Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic in customer-facing situations.
+ Operate hand and power tools for various construction and remediation tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in construction, general labor, concrete work, and demolition.
+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.
+ Comfortable performing tasks related to remediation and restoration.
+ Ability to communicate effectively in English.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in demolition, restoration, and remediation is a plus.
+ Experience in carpentry and cleaning is advantageous.

**Work Environment**

PPE, including a hardhat, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and gloves, is required at all times.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
