**Job Description**
Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel and other food-grade materials to maintain and repair equipment used in dairy and plant-based product manufacturing. The role also involves supporting the maintenance team and requires mechanical knowledge and experience.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel and other food-grade materials to maintain and repair equipment used in dairy and plant-based product manufacturing.
+ Fabricate and assemble components for machinery, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
+ Collaborate with engineers and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
+ Conduct inspections and tests on welds to ensure durability and adherence to industry standards.
+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following strict hygiene protocols required in food production environments.
+ Respond to emergency repair needs to minimize downtime in production.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in TIG welding.
+ Experience with stainless steel and food-grade materials.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Mechanical knowledge and experience.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in fabrication and assembly.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills.
+ Familiarity with industry standards for welding inspections.
