Landscaping Foreman Wanted

Trinity Lawn + Pool is seeking an experienced Landscaping Foreman to lead multiple crews and manage residential and commercial landscaping projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise multiple landscaping crews

Oversee and manage job sites from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency

Perform and supervise turf care, irrigation, planting, and general maintenance

Communicate professionally with team members and customers

Maintain a safe and productive work environment

Coordinate materials, scheduling, and crew tasks

Requirements:
Proven experience managing landscaping projects and leading crews

Strong knowledge of turf care, irrigation, planting, and maintenance

Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

Valid drivers license

Professional communication and customer service skills

Dependable and available MondayFriday, with flexibility for Saturdays when needed
