Antony's Landscaping, LLC is a leading landscape design and maintenance company committed to delivering high-quality outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Landscape Crew Supervisor to lead our team and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Job Summary:
The Landscape Crew Supervisor will oversee a crew of landscape technicians on various job sites. This position requires strong leadership skills, hands-on landscape experience, and the ability to manage time and resources effectively. A clean driving record is required, as you will be responsible for transporting crew members and equipment to job sites using company vehicles.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct daily operations of the landscape crew
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Operate and maintain landscape equipment and vehicles
Interpret landscape plans and execute accordingly
Communicate with clients and management as needed
Train and mentor crew members
Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and job progress
Safely transport crew and equipment to and from job sites

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of landscape or construction supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and safety practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (MVR will be checked)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Must pass background check, MVR, physical and drug screen.
