Job Description- We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with over 7 years of experience to oversee renovations at a significant property, the D'Youville Medical Campus in Buffalo, NY.
- This project, with a budget of $30M-$35M, is expected to last between 12 to 18 months with more local projects to follow.
- Plan, execute, and complete a $30M+ construction project.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Manage change orders and ensure project completion within budget and time constraints.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong skills in budget management and resource planning.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience in healthcare construction projects is advantageous.
- The work environment includes onsite work at the D'Youville Medical Campus in Buffalo, NY, or office work in Amherst.
