**Job Description**

We are seeking skilled excavator operators to efficiently operate heavy machinery including up to a 320 excavator and trackhoe. The primary duties involve loading dirt into haul trucks and performing basin conversion work.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate excavators up to a 320 and trackhoes.

+ Load dirt into haul trucks.

+ Perform basin conversion work.

+ Ensure all operations are conducted safely and efficiently.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, backhoes, forklifts, and loaders.

+ Experience in dirt work, earthworks, and civil construction.

+ Ability to execute fine grading tasks.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in solar operating.

+ Skid/mini excavator/haul experience is a plus.

**Work Environment**

Work in a solar farm that is under construction, with shifts ranging from 5-6 hours. Employees are required to wear work clothing on site, and personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided by the client. Enjoy a per diem of $90 for each day worked.

This is a Contract position based out of Clover, Virginia.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
