Pay: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Experienced Commercial Electricians for an active project in Punta Gorda, FL. This role is ideal for self-sufficient electricians who can take the lead, work efficiently in the rough-in phase, and handle sitework responsibilities with minimal oversight.

Work Scope Includes:

• Leading helpers and overseeing daily task execution

• Interpreting blueprints and electrical layout drawings

• Performing commercial rough-out, conduit installation, and circuiting

• Operating a mini excavator for trench work and underground installation

• Coordinating with other trades and meeting jobsite safety standards

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial electrical experience, specifically in rough-in and trench work

• Must be able to interpret blueprints and lead helpers

• Must have experience operating a mini excavator

• Must have all hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• OSHA 10 preferred (certification assistance available)

• Reliable transportation
