Milling Machine Operator

Tradesmen International is looking for an experienced Milling Machine Operator to join our team.This job is located in Vancouver Lower Mainland, BC.Paying $32$36 per hour.Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.

• Operating asphalt milling machines to remove existing pavement prior to resurfacing

• Setting up and monitoring depth, speed, and direction of milling operations

• Coordinating with ground crew and dump trucks for smooth and continuous operation

• Performing daily equipment inspections, minor maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Ensuring precision milling according to project specifications and site plans

• 2+ years of experience operating a milling machine in road construction or paving

• Strong understanding of milling techniques, machine settings, and safety procedures

• Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions

• Comfortable working in high-traffic areas and active construction zones

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with crew members
