Grader Operator

Tradesmen International is looking for an experienced Grader Operator to join our team.This job is located in Vancouver Lower Mainland, BC.Paying $35$40 per hour.Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.

• Operating motor graders to perform fine grading, shaping, and leveling of road surfaces

• Reading and interpreting grade stakes and construction plans to maintain accurate slope and elevation

• Working closely with site supervisors and surveyors to achieve project specifications

• Conducting pre-operational inspections and performing routine maintenance as needed

• Maintaining safety, productivity, and efficiency on-site at all times

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating motor graders in road construction or civil projects

• Strong knowledge of grading techniques, slopes, and finish work

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and laser levels

• Physically fit and capable of working long hours in various weather conditions

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Safety-focused, reliable, and able to work well in a team environment
