Position: Senior Project Manager Enterprise PMO Duration: 12 -months Approx Location: Cranston, RI (Hybrid) Job Summary:

• We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (PM) to lead Problem Management activities for the Unified Health Infrastructure Project (UHIP), also known as RIBridges. This individual will ensure problems and system defects are triaged, prioritized, and resolved in alignment with business outcomes, while managing communications, timelines, and cross-functional coordination across multiple state agencies and vendors.
• The Sr. PM will play a vital role in supporting the system s transition into Maintenance & Operations and will lead governance and EPMO-related functions to ensure compliance with delivery standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee defect/problem management lifecycle from categorization to closure
• Prioritize issues in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Monitor and track problem inflow, resolution progress, and root cause analysis
• Align technical problem solutions to business goals and SDLC standards
• Create and manage work plans for problem resolution and enhancements
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools for prioritization and planning
• Act as liaison between State agencies (especially DHS), vendors, and IT teams
• Support EPMO activities such as issue escalation, governance, and compliance
• Review incident trends to drive strategic system/process improvements
• Provide timely and effective communication of project status to leadership
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across incident/problem management

Required Qualifications:

• 8 10 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager managing large-scale IT projects
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies and application development processes
• Solid experience with problem and incident management (preferably using ITIL frameworks)
• Effective at managing cross-agency, multi-vendor coordination
• Proven leadership in project governance and strategic delivery
• Strong stakeholder engagement and escalation management experience
• Skilled with JIRA, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with Health & Human Services programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, Child Care Assistance, or TANF (RI Works)
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience working in government/public sector environments

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field
• PMP Certification is a plus
