**Position Summary**

Are you passionate about revolutionizing supply chain operations? As the Project Manager for Supply Chain Modernization, you will be at the forefront of transforming our distribution and fulfillment network. This dynamic role is crucial in executing our strategy to innovate and enhance our supply chain infrastructure. You will lead the charge in launching new distribution centers, implementing advanced warehouse automation, and overseeing significant infrastructure upgrades in existing facilities. Your success will depend on your ability to engage in cross-functional collaboration, communicate clearly, and possess superior organizational and project management skills.

In this role, the ideal candidate will:

+ **Lead Major Projects** - Spearhead complex, multi-faceted implementation projects that drive forward our distribution network strategy and modernization initiatives.

+ Project Management Excellence - Utilize your robust project management skills to ensure key initiatives meet project metrics and deliver on time.

+ **Project Planning and Tracking** - Define project scopes, create detailed plans and timelines, and track progress to ensure successful project completion.

+ **Pilot Administration** - Oversee pilots and assess new and enhanced operating models to build strong business cases for implementation.

+ **Data-Driven Transformation** - Support our supply chain transformation by making informed, data-driven decisions and developing compelling business cases.

+ **Process Optimization** - Play a vital role in streamlining and standardizing processes and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.

**Required Qualifications**

+ 5+ years of hands-on supply chain experience

+ 2+ years of experience managing projects within a supply chain context

+ Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Lean or Lean Six Sigma Black or green belt

+ PMP certification

+ Superior relationship building with cross-functional teams to deliver results through excellent partnership, communication and negotiating skills

+ High level of attention to detail with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment to meet critical deadlines

+ Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and track effective operating metrics necessary to evaluate business case success

+ Highly motivated to be self-sufficient and able to operate without close supervision

+ Refined communication skills across all levels of organization hierarchy

+ Experience applying process improvement methodologies

**Pay Range**

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
