- Support the Sr Project Manager in managing all construction documents including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Coordinate paperwork for projects and work closely with subcontractors.
- Assist in client communication, scheduling, and material orders.
- Attend site meetings on project sites over the east coast as needed.
- Support project management activities such as scheduling, material ordering, meeting minutes, and progress meetings.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction setting supporting project management.
- Proficiency in managing construction documents including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and blueprints.
- Experience in written and verbal communication with trade contractors.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.
The role is based in an office in Aberdeen, MD with a small, family-like team of approximately 10 people. You will be required to travel to job sites twice a month for day trips. The work environment is characterized by small project teams, typically consisting of a Project Manager and a Superintendent, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
