Lead Carpenter

**Responsibilities**

- Install custom carpentry features, including doors, windows, and trim.

- Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute projects efficiently.

- Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to all safety protocols.

**Qualifications**

- 2+ years of experience in carpentry, with a focus on lead carpentry.

- Proven track record of successfully completing carpentry projects.

- Strong knowledge of various carpentry techniques, including framing, drywall, painting, siding, and finish work.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Must have clean driving record and pass a criminal background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
