Metal Fabricator / Installer

Were a small, fast-growing metal fabrication shop with a family-style atmosphere, and we're looking to hire a full-time fabricator/installer. This position is for someone with experience, strong work ethic, and the desire to grow with a company long-term.

We work on high-end residential and commercial construction projects, building custom staircases, gates, handrails, and fences primarily in steel, with occasional wood elements. Our shop is fully equipped, and we take pride in the quality of our work.

Requirements:

Fabrication and installation experience required
MIG or Stick welding experience
Can read a tape measure accurately
Skilled with power tools (grinders, saws, etc.)
Reliable transportation and valid Texas drivers license
Punctual and dependable being on time is a must
Motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to work hard
Comfortable working alone or with a team
CAD or drafting experience is a plus
Strong communication and time management skills
Desire to grow into a long-term role with the company
