Old Dominion Specialty Construction, Inc. is looking for a Project Manager who can bring experience, dedication and organization running projects that have experienced Fire, Flood or Storm damage.
The candidate will oversee residential restoration projects from start to finish. This includes, but is not limited to handling repair teams, project scheduling and budgets, writing weekly reports, applying for permits, dealing with material orders and suppliers, and interacting with our clients with confidence and care.
Experience in construction or restoration is a must. Computer skills are required. Excellent skills communicating orally and in writing.
