Federal Construction Superintendent Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Federal Construction Superintendent to oversee a complex construction project. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years as a Superintendent on projects of similar size and complexity. This role requires familiarity with EM 385-1-1 standards, hazard identification, and safety compliance, as well as the ability to interpret critical path schedules and construction drawings.
