Description

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with at least 5 years of experience to lead and manage Commercial Tenant Improvement (TI) construction projects. This role is based in Bellevue, WA, and will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of commercial TI construction sites.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project schedules and budgets, proactively addressing any issues.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $67.00/hr.
