Electrical Technician

We're looking for a hands-on Returns / QA Hybrid Technician to join our growing team! This direct hire role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has experience with hardware testing, repairs, and refurbishments.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive, refurbish, and process high-value equipment (e.g., Panoramic X-rays, Mills)
  
  
• Prepare and image new acquisition PCs and refurbish returned systems
  
  
• Handle consignment requests and assist in daily Returns operations
  
  
• Support QA with new unit orders and testing as needed
  
  
• Float between departments to address high-priority tasks that impact delivery timelines

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing high value equipment such as Panoramic X-rays and Mills
• Processing Consignment requests from the sales team
• Refurbishing X-ray equipment in preparation for sale
• Preparing new x-ray acquisition computers for sale with new units via regular updates and imaging
• Refurbishing returned x-ray acquisition and reconstruction computers
• Assisting the Returns team with day to day issuing and receiving as needed
• Assisting the QA team as needed with new unit orders as needed

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time
