Lead Scheduling for a High-Profile Infrastructure Project
We're seeking an experienced Chief Scheduler to support a major Port Authority project at JFK Airport. This is a high-impact role responsible for developing and maintaining the master schedule and cost estimates, while serving as the primary scheduling and estimating lead in coordination with key stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Create and update detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare cost estimates and support bid documentation.
- Lead schedule review meetings and present updates to project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment.
- Ensure compliance with Port Authority standards, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Support construction phasing, logistics planning, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain scheduling dashboards and reporting tools using MS Project and Excel.
What We're Looking For
- Strong familiarity with Port Authority processes and documentation.
- 8+ years of experience in construction scheduling and estimating.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and scheduling dashboards.
- Deep understanding of construction logistics, phasing, and union labor coordination.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in risk mitigation and compliance tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on large-scale public infrastructure projects.
- Background in commercial construction and union labor environments.
- Knowledge of quality control and audit compliance procedures.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $170000.00 - $220000.00/yr.
