Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting field surveys and collecting data using GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment.
- Prepare survey drawings, maps, and reports using CAD and other software tools.
- Analyze survey data and ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and other team members to support project requirements.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during fieldwork.
- Document and archive survey records and project files.
Requirements
- Associate degree or certification in surveying, geomatics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Survey Technician or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software and surveying tools.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to field sites.
