Now Hiring: Landscape Construction Foreman (Phoenix, AZ)

Are you a hands-on leader who knows how to turn dirt into dream landscapes? Our fast-growing landscape company in Phoenix is looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to manage installations and assist with bidding new residential and commercial projects.
What Youll Do:
Oversee daily operations of landscape installation crews
Read and interpret plans, layouts, and specs
Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Ensure high-quality workmanship, on time and within budget
Work with the sales/estimating team to bid and scope new projects
Act as the on-site point of contact for clients and team members
What Were Looking For:
3+ years experience in landscape construction (Foreman or Lead role)
Strong knowledge of grading, irrigation, pavers, turf, masonry, and planting
Ability to lead and motivate crews
Experience with job costing and reading blueprints
Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a big bonus
