Responsibilities
- Installation of solid oak treads, hand railing, knewl posts, balusters, risers, rosettes, wall railing, and scotia trim. THESE ARE REQUIRED- THOSE WITHOUT THIS SKILL SET NEED NOT APPLY!
Qualifications
-Must have own van and tools. This is a contracted position (1099)
- Proven experience as a staircase installation carpenter
- Proficiency in using power tools such as saws, drills, and nail guns
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights when necessary
- Familiarity with trim carpentry techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and precision in staircase installation techniques
