Construction Estimator Cypress, CA | Full-Time | Up to $110,000 DOE

Are you an experienced Construction Estimator looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career? Were seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Cypress. In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in driving the success of our projects by preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing bid proposals, and collaborating closely with project managers and subcontractors.

What Youll Do:

Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates for commercial and residential construction projects

Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to understand project scope

Collaborate with architects, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather pricing information

Review bids and negotiate with vendors to ensure the best value without compromising quality

Track project costs and update estimates as needed throughout the project lifecycle

Assist in risk assessment and value engineering to optimize project budgets

Maintain detailed records and documentation to support estimating decisions

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience as a Construction Estimator, preferably in commercial or residential construction

Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry standards

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents accurately

Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
