Ideal Candidate Will Have:

1015+ years of experience in residential construction

Strong blueprint reading and layout skills

Broad knowledge of all major trades (framing, finish, light electrical/plumbing, etc.)

Excellent communication and organization skills

Clean-cut appearance and professional demeanor

A clean record (background check may apply)

Truck with lumber rack and full set of tools

Licensed contractor status (a plus but not required)

Typical Projects Include:

Whole-home remodels

Ground-up custom homes

Kitchens, baths, additions

Structural framing, finish carpentry, layout, etc.
