We’re Hiring: Commercial Drywall Estimator (Remote + Local Market Expert)

A well-established and growing commercial drywall contractor is seeking a highly experienced Remote Estimator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with 10+ years in commercial drywall estimating , strong local market connections , and the ability to bring in work through an existing network.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare accurate and competitive drywall estimates using OST and QuickBid

• Build and maintain relationships with GCs, vendors, and clients

• Identify and pursue bid opportunities within your local network

• Collaborate with operations and project managers on project turnover

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work

• Assist in developing proposals and pricing strategies

• Manage preconstruction efforts and support business development

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of commercial drywall estimating experience

• Strong book of business and active connections in the local commercial construction market

• Proven ability to win work and contribute to revenue growth

• Proficiency in OST (On-Screen Takeoff) and QuickBid

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills

• Project management experience is a strong plus

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred
