Estimator Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the company’s entire estimating department

• Establish and enforce best practices, tools, and systems for estimating workflows

• Set estimating strategy in collaboration with executive leadership

• Review final bids, conduct risk assessments, and validate assumptions

• Guide career development of estimating staff

Estimator Qualifications:

• 10+ years of estimating experience with at least 3 in a leadership role

• B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

• Proven success in leading high-performing teams and securing major project wins

• Deep knowledge of preconstruction, delivery methods, and market conditions
