Field Technician Job Description We are seeking dedicated installers for our field division, specializing in precast concrete walls for new building construction. You will start your day at the shop at 5:30 AM, preparing with the crew and loading materials before heading to the job site, with travel time compensated. Responsibilities Arrive at the shop every morning at 5:30 AM to prep with the crew. Load and ready all materials for the day's work. Assist the foreman in driving to the job site daily. Help prepare the installation area, moving and shoveling materials as needed. Set walls by placing them, utilizing a caulk gun to seal joints and corners. Tighten bolts with wrenches and ensure walls are level and plumb. Assist in cleaning up the site by removing trash. Essential Skills Experience in general labor, construction, landscape, and concrete work. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds frequently. Proficiency in standing, walking, bending, climbing, kneeling, and twisting constantly. Skillful use of hand tools and accurate measurement with a tape measure. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
