Key Responsibilities Be responsible for customer service and management of the customer experience Educate customer on the construction process Work with customers to understand desired upgrades/changes Ensure that estimates meet client requirements Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project Create an accurate sketch and initial scope of work for construction projects Deliver a consistent and well-defined initial estimate Recognize project constraints and/or needed upgrades Identify and document finalized project scope of work Work with outside resources as necessary to complete accurate estimate (i.e., Structural Engineers, ITEL, Electrical Inspectors, etc.) Assemble accurate and well-organized estimates Compile and resolve punch list items Perform final walk-through with customer Secure a signed Certificate of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customer Manage all warranty activities Evaluate and sell projects Educate customers on construction process Identify and document project scope of work Create and Review estimates Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate Review budgets Ensure proper permits are acquired Create project schedule and timeline Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers Negotiate terms and set expectations Plan, organize, and manage crews and subcontractors Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work Position Requirements High school diploma/GED 2 years previous construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Superb customer service track record Effective written and oral communication Advanced math skills Proficient use of Xactimate estimating software strongly preferred Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Team Player Must have good driving record Experience in restoration and/or construction required Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies Walking and/or standing throughout the day

Occasionally loud conditions at individual jobsites

Competitive Pay starts at $50k base salary with strong commission and bonus earning potential Each SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
