About The Opportunity
Execute the project coordination of our industry leading product lines for our North American customers and distribution partner network. Provide exceptional service to our internal and external customers. Has ownership documentation necessary for sales, production, installation, service, and maintenance of our products to the highest possible standards.
How will you support our mission?
- Manage sales projects from order to completion
- Support sales efforts to close business
- Review & communicate technical information
- Plan, implement and communicate project scope of work and schedule
- Liaison with internal company departments
- Order booking, job costing analysis, and approving projects for production release/scheduling
- Accurately manage and forecast project backlog
What experience and qualities will help you in this role?
- 3 years of project management and customer service experience
- Construction experience is a plus
- CRM and/or ERP experience is required
- Display high energy and enthusiasm under tight deadlines and work pressures
- Ability to clearly convey information and ideas through both verbal and written communication
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
