14055 - Project Coordinator (onsite) - Palm Beach Gardens, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions. Work Setting: Hybrid with up to 20% travel to project sites. This role is on-site in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida unless travelling to a project. Required Availability to work at the Client's site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL with travel (required); Experience in project management (3+ years); Experience in the construction/renewables industry; Experience interfacing with a wide variety of stakeholders across multiple disciplines. Preferred Experience in Wind Turbine construction; Experience with crane operations; Experience in PM Scheduling software (i.e. Smartsheet, Excel); Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified. Responsibilities Ability to become climb-certified and climb a wind turbine for engineering inspections and quality of work assurance; Ability to lift 35 lbs; Collaborate with and assist a lead Project Manager in a wide range of Wind Turbine construction projects as well as various technical/engineering projects; Assist with the planning and execution of Wind Turbine construction and technical/engineering projects; Meet with internal stakeholders regularly for ongoing project status updates; Prepare and host pre-bid/pre-construction meetings; Travel to project sites to oversee execution of tasks and provide daily reports; Climb wind turbines to validate execution of work depending on project scope.
