Job Title: Architect Python Django Developer (Remote)

Location: Fully remote position

Job Description:

In this role, you will take a strategic lead in architecting, building, and scaling the core infrastructure of our platform. You will drive high-impact initiatives including cloud infrastructure automation , service architecture optimization , observability tooling , and CI/CD pipeline design , ensuring our systems are robust, secure, and engineered for scale .

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and evolve backend architecture using Python, Django , and AWS cloud services
• Define and implement infrastructure automation and deployment strategies using tools like Terraform
• Lead efforts to enhance platform scalability, security, and reliability
• Mentor development teams and ensure best practices in DevOps and infrastructure-as-code
• Oversee observability and performance tuning of backend services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with product goals

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of backend development experience with a strong focus on Python and Django
• Deep hands-on experience in AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront, SQS, DynamoDB, RDS/Aurora)
• Proven experience designing and managing scalable infrastructure in production
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Expertise in Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools
• Familiarity with React.js and TypeScript for frontend collaboration (30% front-end involvement)
