SAP FICO Functional Architect - 64980511

As a Senior Architect - SAP S/4HANA FICO, you will make an impact by leading and supporting migration initiatives from ECC to S/4HANA. You will be a valued member of the SAP Architecture team and work collaboratively with global stakeholders and offshore teams.

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and design for S/4HANA FICO migration projects.

• Provide strategic guidance on brownfield conversion from ECC to S/4HANA.

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration.

• Define and enforce best practices for configuration, customization, and performance optimization.

• Work closely with offshore teams in India to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

• Support project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Remote with travel from the United States only

• Minimum 10+ years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 1 successful brownfield S/4HANA conversion.

• Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture, Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Central Finance.

• Expertise in migration tools like SUM with DMO, Readiness Check, and Simplification Item List.

• Proven experience in data migration, system conversion, and integration with other SAP modules.

• Experience with open-source LLMs and integration with SAP systems.

• Knowledge of SAP BTP and cloud-based deployment models.

• Certifications in SAP S/4HANA Finance or related modules.

• Experience in agile project management methodologies.

• Ability to mentor junior architects and consultants.
