- Conceptualize designs from customer specifications for proposal efforts.
- Implement technical responsibility for new product design and development.
- Ensure production readiness and delivery of all drawings and documents.
- Conduct analytical functions related to product development and support.
- Perform tolerance studies, structural, hydraulic, and dynamic analysis.
- Develop qualification test plans and procedures.
- Serve as the primary technical customer interface for products.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience as a mechanical design engineer.
- Strong analytical background .
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and mechanical design.
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics design.
- Experience in vibration analysis, report writing, and ANSYS.
- Experience with qualification testing in similar fields.
- Knowledge of shock, vibration, environmental, and endurance testing.
- Understanding of hydraulics and schematics.
- Experience with rig design using SolidEdge or any CAD software.
The work environment is a clean and modern facility with updated machines and a continuous improvement culture. You will work both on the shop floor surrounded by CNC machines and assembly personnel, as well as in a cubicle. All work is conducted during first shift hours. The dress code is business casual, reflecting the professional yet comfortable atmosphere.
