Real Estate Project Manager

Freese and Nichols is seeking a Real Estate Project Manager in our Fort Worth, Tx office. This role will manage project processes and/or activities for the Business Technology and Real Estate group. This role will also provide attractive workplaces for prospective employees, a professional atmosphere to engage with clients, that contribute to a great place to work for employees and office capacity aligned with our Strategic and Growth Plans.

Prim ary Responsibilities:

  • Write and edit material for various target populations, tailoring the tone and content to match the needs and expectations of each audience.
  • Provide appropriate documentation and training to enable successful transition to business as usual. Identify and record lessons learned to inform future project activity.
  • Produce workstream or project plans based on input/templates from more senior program managers, ensuring that all activities are identified, are appropriately organized to deliver project objectives, and comply with the organization's project management framework.
  • Draft project review reports and presentations, including key information, commentary, and recommendations, to support the review process and enable stakeholders to evaluate progress and agree on change.
  • Contribute to the management of risks and issues by maintaining and distributing project and program risk registers and issue logs.
  • Conduct research, workshops, and other activities to support the specification and agreement of project deliverables.
  • Deliver stakeholder engagement activities to support the development of effective working relationships for projects and to identify and respond to stakeholder needs and concerns.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant real estate project management experience in facilities or IT
  • Bachelors degree in a related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education
  • Professional experience using Visio, SharePoint, Bluebeam, OneNote, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Licenses and Certifications:

  • PMP, CCM, or ENV-SP
