Job Description
HVAC Technician**
**Job Description**
The role requires expertise in hydronic and refrigeration systems, ensuring the operational efficiency of air handling units, condensing units, and variable air volume units. This position offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with minimal overtime.
**Essential Skills**
+ EPA Universal Certification.
+ 4.5+ years of HVAC experience or a combination of experience and formal vocational training.
+ Experience troubleshooting HVAC systems.
+ Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
+ Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance and base access to assigned site(s).
+ Self-starter, able to work with minimal direction and supervision.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Residential and Commercial Troubleshooting Experience is a plus.
