Plasma Machine Operator**

**Job Description**

Join our team as a Plasma Machine Operator where you will operate a plasma machine and have the opportunity to cross-train in other departments.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate the plasma machine efficiently and safely.

+ Engage in cross-training activities across various departments.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production processes.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in machine operation and plasma cutting.

+ Familiarity with welding, fabrication, and assembly.

+ Proficient problem-solving skills and alertness on the job.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Prior machining or machine operation experience is a plus but not mandatory.

**Work Environment**

The role is based in a manufacturing facility with shifts from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Occasional Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM are expected, totaling an average of 54 hours per week.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chickasha, Oklahoma.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
