**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Welder and Fabricator to join a dynamic team in a large-scale operation. This position involves welding, grinding, and the fabrication of truck bodies. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MIG welding and comfortable working in a factory environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform welding tasks using MIG techniques.

+ Grind welds to ensure a smooth finish.

+ Fabricate truck bodies according to specifications.

+ Read and interpret blueprints for welding projects.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in MIG welding.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Experience with welding and fabrication.

+ Skill in grinding welds.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Proficiency in reading a tape measure.

+ Comfort with using an overhead lifting device.

+ Ability to perform basic math functions.

**Work Environment**

Work in a spacious, open factory with dim lighting due to multiple welding stations. The facility is equipped with large overhead cranes and excellent ventilation. Each welding station is sizable to accommodate grinding processes post-welding.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr.
