Responsible for using mig welding equipment to fabricate or produce products.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Strictly follow safety policies, procedures, rules and safe work methods, along with making safety suggestions to support continuous improvements in safety
- Position and clamp together components of fabricated metal products preparing to weld
- Weld metal parts together through mig welding
- Quality control
- Grinding of material
- Keep shop clean
- Organize finished product
- Load pallets with finished product
- Learn the settings on the welding machine
- Count parts and complete work orders
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Working cooperatively with others to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Contribute to continuous improvement culture
- Other Duties as assigned
