Summary :
Responsible for using a variety of welding equipment to fabricate or produce product
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Strictly follow safety policies, procedures, rules and safe work methods, along with making safety suggestions to support continuous improvements in safety
- Quality control
- Weld metal parts together
- Grinding material
- Keep shop clean
- Organize finished product
- Load pallets with finished product
- Position and clamp together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Working cooperatively with others to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Contribute to continuous improvement culture
- Other Duties and Responsibilities as assigned

Working Conditions :
Normal production working environment plus going outside materials are stored outside, year round.
