Qualifications and responsibilities for this Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) position include: Must hold a current New York State Professional Land Surveyor license; New Jersey license is a plus Proficient in Leica monitoring station equipment and relevant software for optical monitoring Responsible for issuing initial and progress reports based on field team data Plan, coordinate, and schedule multiple project tasks Lead settlement monitoring surveys for new construction and adjacent properties Supervise survey control team and ensure accurate placement of control points for laser scanning Maintain high quality assurance protocols and data accuracy Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
