Electrician For Panel Replacement

Licensed and bonded electrician for 200A Service Panel replacement, Zinsco to GE. Have Permit and ALL parts except service cables : panel, hubs, mast, weather head, cable anchor... see pics. Have all breakers, (2) 8' 5/8 ground rods are sunk and connected w/4ga Cu wire. Installation sequence will be: SMUD disconnect, existing panel/mast removed (circuits already tagged) 4X9 T1-11 siding removed, (4) 2X6X14-1/2" blocks for panel/mast anchors/bolts installed, re-install T1-11 siding, overlay with 4'X9' Hardie Panel (on site), install new panel/mast, inspect, reconnect. Again, all parts and necessary hardware are on site except the 200A [ (2) 13' & (1) 14' neutral] service cables. Absolute deadline for service re-connect is Monday August 18 2025.
