HVAC Mechanic I-Chilton Medical Center-Full Time

Responsible for achieving an optimal Learning Management System (LMS) experience by partnering with customers to plan for and launch educational offerings on the Learning Management System. Responsible for the optimal LMS experience by all administrators and users. Principal Accountabilities: 1. Consult with subject matter experts to recommend best practices and effective approaches for the delivery of educational offerings in the Learning Management System (LMS). 2. Build and launch educational offerings in the LMS based on customer's needs. 3. Develop reports that are concise, intuitive, and actionable to support on-time completion of learning. 4. Regular and ongoing monitoring of the internal ticketing system to manage and prioritize work assignments as needed. 5. Recognize, diagnose, trouble shoot and resolve issues related to the build, configuration and/or infrastructure in the LMS. 6. Perform regular maintenance based on standard work on the LMS and internal ticketing system. 7. Make recommendations on future improvements to standard work, content management, workflow processes and user experience. 8. Utilize identified issue resolution process to report and work through system issues with designated LMS vendor representative. 9. Develop educational activities, resource guides, and other tools using adult learning principles to improve user experience with LMS. 10. Educate employees and leadership about LMS through training, quick reference guides and email communications. 11. Other related duties as assigned. Required: 1. Bachelor's degree required. 2. Minimum 1 year of experience as a learning management system administrator including, authoring, publishing and reporting, or in learning technology or information technology 3. Proven skilled use of virtual learning and meeting platforms, Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Learning Management Systems
