Field Foreman Location: Travel Required - Food Processing Facilities Employment Type: Full-Time About us:- specializes in millwright, fabrication, and equipment installation for food-grade processing plants. We're looking for a Field Foreman to lead field crews and ensure high-quality, efficient project execution. Position Overview The Field Foreman is responsible for overseeing installation projects, interpreting blueprints, managing crews, and coordinating with engineering and project management to ensure timely, safe, and accurate execution. Key Duties Read and interpret blueprints; coordinate with engineering on field adjustments Lead crew in setting conveyors and equipment per design specs Lead crew in installing utilities for equipment Ensure trucks/trailers are properly loaded before job start Maintain clean, stocked, and functional work trucks Communicate with Project Manager to keep projects on track Requirements 3+ years of millwright/installation experience (food-grade preferred) Strong blueprint reading and crew leadership skills Mechanically inclined with knowledge of conveyor/equipment installs Clean driving record and willingness to travel Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Benefits: Competitive pay, per diem, company truck/tools, advancement opportunities, Bonus program, Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401K, Paid holidays, Vacation packages
